PMCET is centred around the idea that it focuses on the concerted efforts to consolidate & through various interventions empower the marginalized who would in turn become a catalyst of change for their communities. While taking a survey of the length & breadth of the country , PMCET observed that Government intervention through various schemes do not penetrate to the grass root level. So the target beneficiaries are mostly rid off the benefits arising out of the schemes. The economical conditions of the people are almost the same even after Government has extended its helping hand. PMCET intends to act as a bridge between the Government & the target beneficiary and also carry out activities with or without the support of the Government . PMCET was formed to work towards the benefit of the deprived population.

Rural Development
Investment flows to those rural areas that have been left out of the development process so far and also to work for sustainable development of rural areas in general.
Slum Area Development
Addressing overcrowded and substandard housing, lack of basic amenities like clean water and sanitation, and inadequate access to healthcare and education.
Sanitation
Providing access to clean drinking water, sanitation facilities, adequate nutrition.
Skill Training
Skilling the unskilled or the semi-skilled in order to bring in significant & measurable changes in their livelihood earnings is an integral part of our Trust.
